It's a good time for the medium, with a great amount of exciting work coming out over the last couple of years. We hope you find something in here that interests you.
	there is a series of *concrete by paul chadwick* going on at the moment - catch up with it here. some of your (and our) favorite things over the last couple of years have been done by *Kevin Huizenga.* if you have not yet seen *or else* you can now take a look - it's been reprinted. the first book of the *clyde fans* story by *seth* is a lovely *d&q* hardback. as ever seth gives us a gentle and beautifully observed character study, as well as an atmospheric and nostalgic glance back to a slower-paced (yet still fairly intimidating) world. old hat shops, broken bits of chrome and faded whitwash shop signs all remind me of *seth* and the rich, sonorous world he creates for his characters. the first book of the *clyde fans* story by *seth* is a lovely *d&q* hardback. as ever seth gives us a gentle and beautifully observed character study, as well as an atmospheric and nostalgic glance back to a slower-paced (yet still fairly intimidating) world. old hat shops, broken bits of chrome and faded whitwash shop signs all remind me of *seth* and the rich, sonorous world he creates for his characters. trampampaline! tramampaline!!!there's a new *eightball,* which certainly falls into the category of 'long awaited'. in fact, this web mistress was still a fixture behind the page 45 counter when the last issue was released.Êno, don't cry. oh, tears of joy and relief, it's like that is it? anyway, it's *dan clowes,* enjoy.
